Notice of Copyright Infringement

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/), it is the policy of Cam4Play to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to Cam4Play.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way on this website that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your notice of infringement to Cam4Play at dmca@cam4play.com including the following information:

•   A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf

•   Identification of the copyright work claimed to have been infringed, preferably by providing URL(s)

•   Description of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, and information to allow Cam4Play to locate the material, preferably by providing infringing URL(s)

•   Information to enable Cam4Play to contact the complainant, including a name, address, telephone number and, if available, an email address at which the complainant may be contacted

•   A statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law

•   A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
